The ene't StromCommunity® enables prosumers (energy producers and consumers) to share or sell surplus electricity generated from photovoltaic systems within a community. Consumers benefit from a more transparent energy mix and competitive pricing, while utilities can test and develop new business models in real market conditions. For such models to work in everyday operations, they require settlement processes capable of handling high transaction volumes, variable pricing and complex payment flows.
